jezzbazz Platform Rules

By accessing the jezzbazz website, creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event made available on the platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the jezzbazz platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered player) and jezzbazz (the platform operator). References to "jezzbazz", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the platform operator. References to "you", "your", or "the player" refer to the individual who has registered or is seeking to register a player account.

jezzbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where a material change is made, jezzbazz will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws before accessing jezzbazz. jezzbazz does not make any representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.

Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. English is the authoritative language of this agreement. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English text shall prevail in all cases.

To register and maintain an active account on jezzbazz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jezzbazz is strictly an adults-only platform and access by anyone under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate accounts or accounts held in trust are not permitted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or affiliate of jezzbazz or any of its associated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through jezzbazz or through any third-party responsible gaming organisation that covers this platform.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law.

Underage Access

jezzbazz takes the issue of underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ technical and procedural measures designed to prevent access by minors. If you have reason to believe that a person under the age of 18 has accessed or is using this platform, please contact us immediately at support@jezzbazz. We will investigate all such reports promptly and take appropriate action without delay.

We also strongly encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming websites. jezzbazz recommends tools such as Net Nanny and Cybersitter for families seeking additional safeguards.

Geographic Restrictions

jezzbazz is designed and marketed primarily for players in Bangladesh. Access from certain other territories may be restricted. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing jezzbazz is lawful in your country of residence. jezzbazz shall bear no liability for any player who accesses the platform in violation of local gaming laws.

Each eligible individual may register one and only one player account on jezzbazz. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to promptly update your account details whenever any information changes.

Registration Requirements

When creating your jezzbazz account, you are required to provide the following information truthfully:

• Your full legal name, exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to, which will serve as your primary communication channel with jezzbazz.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Your residential address, including city and postal code within Bangladesh.
• A unique username and a strong password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Your preferred Bangladeshi payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer) and the associated account number or mobile number.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your jezzbazz account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jezzbazz immediately at support@jezzbazz so that we can take protective action on your behalf.

jezzbazz will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from jezzbazz and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, jezzbazz may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to at registration, at withdrawal, or following an unusual betting pattern. Accepted documents include: National Identity Card (NID), Bangladesh passport, or a recent utility bill in your name issued within the last three months. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the applicable grace period may be subject to withdrawal restrictions or temporary suspension until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

All financial transactions on jezzbazz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jezzbazz supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for all supported mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your jezzbazz balance depending on the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under these terms, although individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jezzbazz does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error must be reported to support@jezzbazz within 24 hours of the transaction.
• jezzbazz reserves the right to return a deposit and close the associated account if we have reason to believe the funds originate from unlawful activity.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one business day for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit, except where otherwise approved by jezzbazz's payments team following a formal account review.

• Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player from within the Cashier section of their account before the payment has been dispatched.
• jezzbazz reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳20,000.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all wagering conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
• jezzbazz may impose a withdrawal freeze of up to five business days in cases where unusual betting patterns or potential fraudulent activity has been identified, pending investigation.

Currency and Exchange

All player balances on jezzbazz are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jezzbazz does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any payment processed in a foreign currency by your payment provider will be converted to BDT at the provider's prevailing exchange rate; jezzbazz bears no responsibility for exchange-rate losses on such transactions.

From time to time, jezzbazz offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive-based offers to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated on the individual promotion page in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the promotion page, all bonus funds credited to your jezzbazz account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the combined value of the deposit and bonus before any withdrawal can be made. Free spins winnings are typically subject to a 40x wagering requirement unless stated differently on the relevant promotion page.

Bonus Eligibility

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household address, and per payment account. Multiple accounts created to claim the same promotion constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw from bonus offers.
• jezzbazz reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cap the total value of a promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and other seasonal promotions are subject to their own individual terms and expiry dates, which will be stated clearly on the promotion page.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds expire 30 days from the date of credit. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining in your account after the expiry date will be removed automatically without compensation or notification. It is your responsibility to track the expiry dates of your active bonuses via the Promotions section of your account.

Prohibited Bonus Activity

jezzbazz monitors all bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk opposing bets to guarantee wagering completion, using automated betting scripts, participating in coordinated bonus farming across multiple accounts, or making deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming intent. Detection of any such activity will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, account suspension, and a permanent ban from all future jezzbazz promotions.

By using jezzbazz, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities, whether directly or indirectly, whether in person or through a third party acting on your behalf:

• Registering more than one account on jezzbazz, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to mask your geographic location or circumvent any access restriction imposed by jezzbazz.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence systems to place wagers or interact with the platform without direct human control.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing mistake on the platform. Any winnings generated as a result of a confirmed software error will be voided, regardless of whether the error was reported by the player.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live casino games, poker rooms, or sports betting markets, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds that are derived from or connected to any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions through your bank or payment provider in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your jezzbazz account to another person for any purpose.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory conduct towards any jezzbazz staff member, support agent, or other player on the platform.

jezzbazz reserves the right to determine, at its sole and final discretion, whether a player's conduct falls within the scope of prohibited activities. Upon such determination, jezzbazz may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of misconduct; forfeit all real-money and bonus balances; and report the incident to relevant financial institutions or law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

Closure by the Player

You may close your jezzbazz account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jezzbazz. Before closure, you should withdraw any real-money balance remaining in your account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not automatically activate self-exclusion — if you wish to self-exclude from jezzbazz and all associated platforms, please make this request explicitly when contacting support.

Suspension or Closure by jezzbazz

jezzbazz may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate account registration or identity fraud.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to a prior notification email being sent to your registered address.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a third party with legal authority to make such a request on their behalf.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring jezzbazz to cease providing services to you.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, jezzbazz will send a notification to your registered email address. If no response or activity is recorded within 30 days of that notification, jezzbazz reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳150 to the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Real-money balances will not be forfeited without this notification process being followed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jezzbazz, its directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jezzbazz platform or any content, service, or feature made available through it.

Service Availability

jezzbazz endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. jezzbazz accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or interrupted connectivity.

Gaming Outcomes

All casino game outcomes on jezzbazz are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) provided and independently audited by the relevant game studio or third-party auditor. jezzbazz does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. All wagers placed are done so at the player's own risk. jezzbazz accepts no liability for any losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform.

Third-Party Services

jezzbazz integrates third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe), and technology infrastructure partners. jezzbazz accepts no liability for the actions, errors, delays, or outages of any third-party service provider. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be raised with the relevant provider directly.

Maximum Liability Cap

In all cases where jezzbazz is found to bear legal liability to a player, the maximum aggregate liability of jezzbazz shall not exceed the total sum of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies regardless of the nature or basis of the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jezzbazz and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the jezzbazz platform, your breach of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Amendments and Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. jezzbazz's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
